My husband and I would like to share the story of the journey that led us to the birth of our long-awaited baby. When we first started trying to conceive, we discovered that both of our test results were far from ideal. One doctor even told us: “You are not meant to be parents, and you will never become a mother.”
Those words hit us like a bolt from the blue, and our whole world fell apart. My husband and I took them as an irreversible verdict. A few months later, encouraged by our loved ones, we found our way to Klinika Bocian in Szczecin.
We became patients of Dr Tomasz Bączkowski, who approached our case with great professionalism. Dozens of trips, tests and monitoring appointments, along with a range of medications, finally brought us to where we are today – after 14 months of fighting for our dream, we are finally holding our long-awaited baby boy in our arms.
