Klinika Bocian provides patients with assistance in obtaining an invitation for treatment. First of all, patients should schedule an online consultation with our doctor. Only after completing the online consultation can the process of issuing the invitation begin.

How to obtain an invitation?
If you have already had an online consultation with one of our specialists and would like to obtain an invitation to apply for a visa, please fill out the form. Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the procedure for issuing the invitation has begun. The original document will be sent by traditional mail to the address indicated in the form within 7 to 14 days. All letters are sent to the home address as registered mail. Delivery time usually takes about 7–30 days, depending on the country Attention! In the questionnaire, you must provide the address to which we should send the letter (the address is not included on the document itself; it is required solely for shipping purposes). The planned start date of treatment is the date from which the invitation will be issued for a period of six months. Appointments at the clinic are scheduled 1.5–2 weeks in advance of arrival.
- You will receive confirmation of data receipt by e-mail within 24 hours.
- Within 7–14 days, we will send the invitation to your home address.
- After shipping, we will inform you of the registered mail tracking number – you may then schedule an appointment at the consulate to submit your documents.
- The invitation should arrive at the specified address within 7–30 days.
- You must take the original invitation with you when submitting documents at the consulate. Please verify the list of other documents required to obtain a visa directly with the consulate.
