She began her career at the Clinical Hospital in Minsk, where she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist from 1999 to 2006, gaining extensive experience in gynecological and obstetrical care as well as inpatient management. Since 2006, she worked at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Mother and Child" in Minsk, in the Department of Family Planning and Assisted Reproductive Technology. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and managing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. She has continuously expanded her knowledge and expertise by participating in international congresses and training courses in gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive endocrinology, and assisted reproduction, including FIGO and ESHRE congresses.
